Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Steven Swartz, 28, Palmerton, was charged for an incident July 5 in the 100 block of Avenue A.

Corey Fenstermaker, 25, Walnutport, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension, for an incident Sept. 28 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Thomas Frable, 84, Palmerton, was charged for an incident Oct. 10 in the 600 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued five citations each for vehicle violations, three for traffic violations and one for speeding.
