A Schuylkill County man accused of shooting his daughter’s boyfriend in the groin is in custody, according to police.

Donald Jenkins Jr., 40, of North White Street in Shenandoah, was set to be arraigned at Judge Christina Hale’s office in Frackville Wednesday afternoon.

Jenkins allegedly shot a male Sunday afternoon in Room 49 at the Motel 6, located at 701 Altamont Blvd., West Mahanoy Township, just outside Frackville.
