Lansford police have charged the following people.
• Oliberto Vega, 42, Nesquehoning, was charged with stalking, simple assault, and harassment on Sept. 25. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday before District Judge Casimir T. Kosciolek.
• Gabrielle M. Sadusky, 28, of Tamaqua, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana on Aug. 6. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 4 p.m. Nov. 1 before Kosciolek.
• Megan H. Hill, 27, Tamaqua, was charged with defiant trespass and public drunkenness on Sept. 12. A formal arraignment is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Carbon County courthouse.
• James J. Neff, 34, Coaldale, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension, and disorderly conduct on Sept. 20. A formal arraignment is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 21 in the Carbon County courthouse.
• Jonathan J. Seekins, 34, Coaldale, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness on Sept. 4. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday before Kosciolek.
• Jeremy Acardi, 32, Lansford, was charged with defiant trespass and theft on Aug. 31. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday before Kosciolek.
