A Schuylkill County driver has been charged with driving under the influence following an incident that occurred early last month.

State police at Frackville said Lisa M. Kelly, 48, of Pottsville, was stopped on Sept. 5 at 11:27 p.m. along Mountain View Lane at Route 901 in Cass Township. Troopers said she was found to be under the influence and taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Pottsville Campus, for a blood draw.

The result of the draw shows she was under the influence of a controlled substance. Troopers also noted she was driving under suspension-DUI related. Charges were filed.
