West Penn Township supervisors recently took action on the following items:

• Approved Allison McArdle to serve on the West Penn Township Water Resource and Planning Steering Committee.

• Granted three waivers to, and granted conditional approval for, the Tory and Audrey Graver preliminary/final land development plan.

• Announced that trick-or-treat will be held in the township from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 28.
