Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin recently accepted 13 people charged by local police into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 12 months.

Entry into the program, for first-time offenders, is not an admission of guilt. Those who successfully complete it may have their records expunged.

All were also ordered to pay court costs and fees.

Eric D. Bachert

, 24, of Tamaqua, was charged by Rush Township police with possession of drug paraphernalia and not having rear car lights on Feb. 17.

The judge ordered him to pay $350 to help offset the cost of the program.

Jessica C. Bosworth

, 30, of Barnesville, was charged by state police at Schuylkill Haven with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, and receiving stolen property on Feb. 5, 2016.

The receiving charge was dropped.

Baldwin ordered her to pay $350 to help offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Bosworth to pay $220 restitution.

Cheyenne E. Casady

, 19, of Weatherly, was charged by Rush Township police with retail theft on Feb. 15.

Baldwin ordered her to pay $350 to help offset the cost of the program.

James A. Cieniawa

, 47, of McAdoo, was charged by borough police with driving under the influence on Sept. 25, 2016.

Baldwin ordered him to pay $500 to help offset the cost of the program.

He also ordered Cieniawa to undergo a mental health evaluation.

John P. Dasilva

, 24, of McAdoo, was charged by state police at Frackville with carrying a firearm without a license on Nov. 19, 2016.

Baldwin ordered him to pay $350 to help offset the cost of the program.

Daniel M. Gardner

, 39, of McAdoo, was charged by borough police with driving under the influence on Sept. 3, 2016.

Baldwin ordered him to pay $500 to help offset the cost of the program.

Gabriel J. Gnall

, 64, of McAdoo; DUI and recklessly endangering another person. Gnall also must pay $520 restitution.

Joseph L. Lagana

, 44, of McAdoo, was charged by Mahanoy City police with driving under the influence on Sept. 3, 2016.

Baldwin ordered him to pay $500 to help offset the cost of the program.

Michael L. Lorady

, 52, of Barnesville, was charged by Rush Township police with theft of services on Sept. 1, 2015.

Baldwin ordered him to pay $350 to help offset the cost of the program.

Rachel D. Palmer

, 40, of McAdoo, was charged by Kline Township police with driving under the influence on Oct. 12, 2016.

Baldwin ordered her to pay $500 to help offset the cost of the program.

George E. Roberts

, 28, of Jim Thorpe, was charged by Tamaqua police with possession of drug paraphernalia on March 24.

Baldwin ordered him to pay $350 to help offset the cost of the program.

Nicole M. Schrepple

, 32, of Weissport; prohibited possession of firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 10, 2015.

Baldwin ordered her to pay $350 to help offset the cost of the program.

Naiesha N. Wallace

, 24, of McAdoo, was charged by Kline Township police with theft by deception and receiving stolen property on Jan. 9.

Baldwin ordered her to pay $350 to help offset the cost of the program.
