• Andreas Halloween Parade, 7 p.m. Oct. 18. Parade formation begins at 6:15 p.m. at the Andreas Sporting Club. The rain date is Oct. 19.

• Lehighton Halloween parade, 4 p.m. Oct. 21.

• Eldred Halloween parade, 1 p.m. Oct. 22.

• Tamaqua Halloween parade: 7 p.m. Oct. 24. Registration deadline Oct. 17.

• 110th annual Northern Lehigh Halloween Parade: 6 p.m. Oct. 28. Rain date is Oct. 29.

• Jim Thorpe Halloween Parade: 4 p.m. Oct. 29, rain or shine.

Other events

• Oct. 6, 6-9 p.m., the Greater Northern Lehigh Chamber hosts a Spirit Walk and Paranormal Research walk along the Walnutport Canal. A tractor pulled hay ride will take participants to the rumored haunting site of the Lady in White. One child under 10 permitted per paying adult. This event is rain or shine. • Stroud Region Open Space & Recreation Commission is hosting a haunted trail event on Oct. 28. The Friendly Trail is 5-6:30 p.m. and the Haunted Trail is 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. at Zacharias Pond Park. Rain date is Oct. 29, same times. We are looking for individuals or groups to volunteer in numerous different ways. Setup times will vary. East Penn Township: trick-or-treat/trunk-or-treat night, Oct. 25.

Eldred Township: trunk or treat, 2-3:30 p.m. Oct. 28 at Eldred Community Center.

Franklin Township: 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 25.

Lansford: 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31. Rain date is 6-8 p.m. Nov. 1.

Lehighton: 6-8 p.m. Oct. 25.

Nesquehoning: 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31.

Palmerton: 6-8 p.m. Oct. 28. Residents who want to participate should have their porch lights on. No rain date.

Rush Township: 5-8 p.m. Oct. 30.

Summit Hill: 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31. Rain date is 6-8 p.m. Nov. 1.

Tamaqua: 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31.
