Tamaqua police released information on several recent citations issued by officers.
• Frank Lombardo
, 25, of Tamaqua, was cited for retail theft for stealing cookies, candy, gum and frozen burritos from the BRL Outlet, 1217 E. Broad St. The theft happened at 11:27 a.m. on Sept. 18.
• Melissa Robinson
, 36, of East Elm Street, Tamaqua, was cited for retail theft after a Sept. 19 incident at the Dollar General Store, 1213 E. Broad St. Robinson ran out of the store at 1:45 p.m. after placing several items in her bag. She was caught and the items, valued at $10.45, were returned.
• Robert James Matlock
, 40, of Brockton, was cited for defiant trespass on Sept. 17. Matlock entered a residence on the 400 block of East Broad Street, at 5:40 p.m., despite previous warnings to stay away. He was also cited for trespassing on the property on Aug. 15.
• Michael Martin Sedlock
, 30, of 71 Bowe St., Tamaqua, was cited for trespassing on the 100 block of Hunter Street on Sept. 14. Sedlock had been warned several times about staying away from the property. He was caught in the side yard at 1:50 p.m.
• Ryan Arner,
32, of the 400 block of East Broad Street, Tamaqua, was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on Sept. 19. When officers responded to a fight call in the 400 block of East Broad Street, at 2:20 p.m. Witnesses said Arner attacked another man for no reason. Arner was found in the area and told police he “was just having a bad day.”
