Carbon County Planning Commission recently recommended approvals for three area subdivisions.

• Annette Rusnock received conditional plan approval for a proposed subdivision at 93/95 Berwick St., Beaver Meadows. The plans call for subdividing the lot into two lots.

• James and Christina Salerno received conditional plan approval for a proposed subdivision on Chapel Drive in Mahoning Township. The plans call for subdividing 14.072 acres into two lots.

• Rosemary A. Kuhn received plan approval for a proposed subdivision/lot line revision at the intersection of Main Street and Adventure Lane in Jim Thorpe. Plans call for subdividing 18.504 acres into two lots.
