A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of criminal mischief following an incident that occurred on Friday about 9 p.m. in the area of Walnut Street in Tuscarora, Schuylkill Township. State police at Frackville said James Cleatus Coleman, 47, of Tuscarora, threw a brick damaging the front windshield on a 1998 Ford station wagon owned by a residentof Brockton. Charges were filed, troopers said.
