Four occupants of a vehicle that was stopped by state police at the Lehighton barracks are facing charges of underage drinking.

The vehicle was stopped at 2:09 a.m. Sept. 3 in the area of Club Road, near Route 248, in Lower Towamensing Township. Police said the actors were in possession of alcoholic beverages.Cited were Lyndsey Rae Nemeth, 20, Garrett Grant Dieter, 19, and Jocelyn Marie Russo, 20, all of Palmerton, and Tyler Scott Butz, 19, of Lehighton.
