State police at Lehighton are investigating the following thefts:

• Power tools and other various items were stolen from a truck that was parked in Bowmanstown. Police saida resident of the 500 block of White Street, Bowmanstown, reported that someone smashed the back window of his Dodge Ram pickup and took the items.The incident was reported to police at 1:51 p.m. Aug. 22.• Vehicle batteries and two radiators were stolen from a property in Towamensing Township.The crime was reported at 11:09 a.m. Monday by the resident, who lives onInterchange Road in the township.
