A Tamaqua man was cited twice in the past two weeks for trespassing at the same home.

Daniel M. Waldron, 34, who is currently homeless, was cited on Aug. 18 after he went to a home on Cedar Street at 2:35 p.m., causing a disturbance by shouting and cursing when he wasn't allowed entry.The homeowner has repeatedly told Waldron he wasn't welcome. He was cited for defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.Waldron returned to the back porch of the home in the early morning hours of Aug. 26 and was told he would be arrested if he went back to the home again. He was cited for defiant trespass and criminal trespass.
