Carbon County• Lehigh Township: Buck Mountain Road between Eckley Road and Laurytown Road, lane restriction for oil and chip resurfacing work, Wednesday through Friday.• Banks Township, Cigar Plant Road, between Route 93 and Luzerne County Line, lane restriction with flagging for pipe flushing, Thursday and Friday.• Penn Forest Township, Hatchery Road between Route 903 and Pennsylvania Turnpike, lane restriction with flagging for oil and chip resurfacing work.• Nesquehoning: Route 93 between Route 209 and Quakake Road, lane restriction with flagging for oil and chip resurfacing work. Tuesday.• Packer Township, Spring Mountain Road, between Quakake Road and Route 93, through Tuesday.• Jim Thorpe borough, Route 209 (Lehigh Avenue), between Route 903 (North Street) and Beaver Street, possible traffic disruptions Thursday while beams are delivered to the Carbon County Municipal Parking Lot for the new Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor Bridge over the Lehigh River.
