Get on the bandwagon
Dear editor,
All right you Trump haters … knock it off! Hasn't Republican President Donald Trump had enough bad publicityagainst him to fill a football stadium? I believe the president is trying his utmost to bring America back to some sense of normalcy since it's been in dire straits for years. Obama didn't leave the White House with the country in perfect standing. "Obamacare" is in sad shape, which Trump is truly doing his best to bring about some form of decent health insurance for those who do not have proper coverage. The sad sacks in Washington keep rejecting a new insurance plan. There needs to be a complete housecleaning in Congress and the Senate, get rid of those goons who are hanging on, sitting on their comfortable derrière, not caring if they pass laws to better life for us Americans. As long as they're collecting a huge salary and desirable benefits, they don't give a hoot for us working class, striving to make ends meet from payday to payday. The cost of living has skyrocketed for years, constantly escalating. What's our government doing about inflation? Not a damn thing! It's too bad people won't stop buying for a few weeks and see what happens to our economy. If all citizens cut back and didn't spend more than actually necessary, then see how our government would react to such a drastic action. Our economy would soon falter and those wealthy companies would be going broke due to no business. Evidently, prices would begin declining and perhaps inflation would drop considerably because people aren't freely spending. But remember, Trump haters, you're not loving your country by degrading our president. If you're not satisfied the way our commander in chief is trying to make America a better life for everyone, then move to Russia, or worse, North Korea, and find out how life will be living there. All you Trump haters can leave any time … no one's forcing you to live here! It's time you all get aboard the bandwagon!EARLE E. STAHLERWEST PENN TOWNSHIP
