An unresponsive boy was pulled from Mauch Chunk Lake Saturday afternoon.

According to reports, a 9-year-old was found in the water shortly after 3 p.m. and emergency crews were called to the lake park where they performed CPR.

A medical helicopter was also called to the scene. No word on the boy's condition or what caused him to go underwater has been released at this time.

Jim Thorpe Police are investigating.
