A Schuylkill County man has been charged with damaging a neighbor's security system by pulling it off the siding in front of the home.

State police at Frackville said Joseph Patrick Canavan, 57, of Girardville, has been charged with criminal mischief.Troopers said he pulled the security system from a home in the 100 block ofRailroad Street, Girardville, around 11 p.m. on Monday.
