A Luzerne County woman with a history of breaking the law in Schuylkill County will spend up to two years in state prison.

Barbara L. Figueiredo, 37, of Shavertown, was sentenced in three separate cases, all from 2014. The sentences are to be served concurrently.President Judge William E. Baldwin on Aug. 4 revoked Figueiredo's probation and sentenced her to six to 24 months.All of the charges were filed by Rush Township police.Figueiredo was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft and one count of conspiracy to receive stolen goods on Feb. 4, 2014; with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, and conspiracy to receive stolen goods on Feb. 28, 2014; and with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, receiving stolen property, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia on March 1, 2014.In another case, she was charged with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, and receiving stolen property on Feb. 19, 2014.Baldwin revoked her parole, but granted her immediate reparole.Judges also accepted guilty pleas from several people charged by local police.Anthony L. Kehl, 47, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 3, 2016.Judge Charles M. Miller sentenced him to 12 months on probation.Kyle C. Kaminsky, 40, of Barnesville: Charged by state police at Frackville with driving under the influence, driving under the influence while his license was suspended and abandoning a vehicle on Dec. 12. 2015.Miller sentenced him to a total of five days to nine months in jail, fined him $1,325, and ordered him to perform 20 hours of community service.Charges of fleeing or eluding police, flight to avoid apprehension, operating vehicle with unsafe equipment, operating vehicle without valid inspection, violation of restrictions on alcoholic beverages and stop sign violations were withdrawn.Stacey A. Hunsinger,43, of Kelayres: Charged by McAdoo police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 23, 2016.Miller sentenced her to 24 months on probation.Amber Allen,25, of Coaldale: Charged by Coaldale police with two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia on July 27, 2015.Miller sentenced her to 24 months on probation. A charge of recklessly endangering another person was dropped.Mark Scheitrum, 30, of Tamaqua: Charged by West Penn Township police with theft on July 13, 2015.Miller sentenced him to 12 months on probation.A charge of receiving stolen property was dropped.Matthew L. Plieth, 28, of Lansford: Charged by Rush Township police in two cases on Jan. 7, 2016: Theft by deception, and with receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft and retail theft.Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin revoked Plieth's probation and sentenced him to time served to 18 months in jail.Dolbin placed him on immediate parole, with 24 months on probation, to be served concurrently.
