More than 200 PP&L customers in West Penn township are without power after a fallen tree brought down power lines along Golf Road. The tree was reported down at 11 a.m. along the six hundred block just east of Wash Creek Road. Numerous businesses along Route 443 have also been affected. West Penn Fire police have closed the roadway.

According to PPL, power should be restored by 3:30 p.m.
