WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man already charged with threatening child welfare caseworkers with a rifle is now charged with firebombing one of their offices as part of a custody dispute involving his 8-year-old daughter.

Forty-seven-year-old Phillip Finn Jr. pleaded not guilty when a federal grand jury indictment was unsealed Friday that also charged him with stalking and making interstate threats.Federal prosecutors in Scranton say Finn firebombed the Luzerne County Children and Youth Facility in March after first using Google to search for "best way to threaten someone" and similar terms. The building was damaged with three Molotov cocktails about 5:30 a.m. March 6.Authorities say Finn blamed the agency for losing custody of the girl then sent threats about one caseworker's children to her ex-husband's Facebook page.Finn's public defender didn't immediately respond to an email Saturday.
