A Carbon County woman admitted to a retail theft charge and was sentenced to a prison term on Thursday.

She was one of six defendants in pending criminal cases to enter a guilty plea before Judge Steven R. Serfass.Jim Thorpe incidentChristy Nicole Hartman, 29, of Lehighton, admitted stealing 10 lobster tails from the Jim Thorpe Market on Dec. 24, 2015. There is a co-defendant in the case.Serfass sentenced her to time-served (136 days) to 18 months in prison and ordered her to make restitution of $69.95 to the victim and render 75 hours of community service. The term runs concurrent with a prison sentence she is currently serving for a probation violation. That sentence runs to Aug. 1.Other pleasJoshua Richard Ackerman, 20, of East Stroudsburg, pleaded to one count of criminal trespass, a felony 2.He was charged by state police at Lehighton for entering a property at 62 Bowman Road, Penn Forest Township, on Nov. 7, 2016. A charge of burglary was dropped in a plea agreement with the district attorney's office.Serfass deferred sentencing and ordered the adult probation office prepare a presentence investigation report.David Joseph Frantz, 54, of Kunkletown, pleaded to one count of theft. He was charged by state police at Lehighton for an incident in Towamensing Township. He took a belt from a John Deere tractor at a residence along Church Road on July 2, 2016.Frantz is currently an inmate in the Monroe County prison serving a term which runs to Oct. 17.Serfass placed him on probation for a year, consecutive to the Monroe term, and ordered he render 50 hours of community service when paroled.Richard Aaron Dellecker, 43, of Lehighton, pleaded to one count of receiving stolen property.He was arrested on April 20 by Lehighton police for stealing 150 oxycodone pills from a female resident who he was reportedly helping.Serfass placed him on probation for 18 months and ordered restitution of $120 and he render 75 hours of community service.Stephen Richard Orsini, 25, of Philadelphia, pleaded to one count of unauthorized use of an automobile.He was arrested by Lehighton police for an incident on Oct. 16, 2016, in the 400 block of Mahoning Street. A female parked at a residence in that block and went inside a home but left her vehicle running. Orsini took the car but was stopped a short distance away.Orsini said he had a drug problem at the time but since his arrest entered an inpatient rehabilitation program and successfully completed it.Serfass placed him on probation for a year and ordered he render 50 hours of community service.Jane L. Fraser, 57, of Bethlehem, pleaded to one count of harassment as a misdemeanor 3.She was charged by Jim Thorpe police for an incident on Dec. 29, 2016, in which he made a harassing phone call to a borough female. In a plea bargain a second count of harassment for an incident on Dec. 8, 2016, involving the same victim, was dropped. Serfass deferred sentencing.Each defendant sentenced must also pay court costs of about $1,000 and a $50 per month supervision fee while on parole or probation.
