A Summit Hill woman violated the terms of her probation on a driving under the influence charge and was resentenced to a county jail term.
The Carbon County Adult Probation office filed a petition againstNicole Miller, 30, for violating the terms of her probation. Probation officer Clifford Eckhart said Miller violated the terms of her release by being under the influence of alcohol on May 12, which violated the zero-tolerance condition.Judge Joseph J. Matika resentenced her to serve 120 days to 19 months in prison with credit for 28 days served. The effective date was June 9.Kori Errichetto, 24, of Hazleton, had his probation revoked on a charge of retail theft on petition of probation officer Joseph Bettine for failing to complete 50 hours of community service.Matika resentenced him to serve one to three months in prison effective Oct. 2. If he completes the 50 hours of service by that date the order will be vacated, if not, he must report to the county prison on that date to begin serving his term.
