President Judge William E. Baldwin sentenced her to 30 days in jail, with immediate work release, followed by four years and 11 months on intermediate punishment, including 90 days on house arrest with electronic surveillance, followed by 30 days on a SCRAM bracelet, followed by seven months of strict supervision, followed by four years on probation.Baldwin fined her $1,500, and ordered her to perform 20 hours of community service. Her license is suspended for 18 months, she must enroll in DUI school and outpatient treatment, and have her car equipped with ignition interlock for 12 months.William J.
