West Penn Township's zoning hearing board is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. to consider the application of William & Amy Hehn, Phillip & Allison McArdle, Beth Pelo, Rob Terleski, Gregory Tuckett and West Penn Water Protection Inc. requesting interpretation and review of the March 27 decision of the zoning officer.
