Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

DUI:Nelson Geigel-Cuenca, 23, Kresgeville, charged with four counts of driving under the influence, accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, careless driving, two counts of duty to give information and render aid, driving under suspension, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident March 12 in the 2100 block of Avenue A.• Dylan Furry, 21, Palmerton, charged with three counts of DUI, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and use of multi-beam lighting, for an incident May 7 at Fifth Street and Columbia Avenue.• Joshua Albani, 37, Jim Thorpe, charged with three counts of DUI, driving under suspension, drivers required to be licensed, and operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection and inspection by police, for an incident May 13 in the 900 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Possession of drug paraphernalia:Kody Beil, 24, Palmerton, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident March 29 in the 800 block of Railroad Alley.• Matthew Frederick, 23, Palmerton, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident May 20 at Franklin Avenue and Third Street. Frederick is also charged with three counts of retail theft, for an incident April 5 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Public drunkenness:Wilbur Fountain, 41, Palmerton, charged with persistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, for an incident May 24 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.• Kathleen Long, 47, Palmerton, charged with persistent disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal mischief, and public drunkenness, for an incident May 30 in the 500 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Harassment:Christopher Blythe-Bartram, 35, Palmerton, charged with harassment, for an incident May 30 in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.Maximum gross weight:Hugo Larrahondo, 49, Ledgewood, New Jersey, charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident June 2 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.Christoph Garcia, 28, Belleville, New Jersey, charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident June 2 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Hector Lopera, 50, Rockaway, New Jersey, charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident June 2 at Delaware Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.Harold Casado, 34, New York, New York, charged with maximum gross weight, for an incident June 5 in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations:Police also issued four citations for vehicle violations and one citation for traffic violation.
