Palmerton police reported on the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia:Steven Swartz, 28, Palmerton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident May 20 in the 100 block of Lehigh Avenue.James Unger, 21, Palmerton, was charged with possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident May 17 at Fifth Street and Columbia Avenue.DUI:Barry Tindula, 35, Palmerton, was charged with three counts of DUI, careless driving, and general lighting requirements, for an incident April 16 on Route 248 west.Disorderly conduct:Harry Johnson Jr., 71, Palmerton, was charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident May 25 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.Destiny Miller, 26, East Stroudsburg, was charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident May 26 at Delaware Avenue and Fifth Street.Retail theft:Robert Ruzicka, 26, Lehighton, was charged with retail theft, for an incident April 4 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Investigation by police officers:Barry Chunko, 23, Palmerton, was charged for an incident May 27 at Delaware Avenue and First Street.Michael Salomskas, 35, Conshohocken, was charged for motor vehicle violations and for driving under suspension, for an incident May 20 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations:Police also issued three citations for speeding and two citations for vehicle violations.
