At 10 a.m. Saturdayat the Palmerton VFW, 2020 Forest Inn Road, the Palmerton Legion will be having a service to dispose of unserviceable flags. If you have a flag that is worn out, you may bring it to the service for proper disposal.Park concertThis week's Sunday night Concert in the Park will be by the band "Who Knows." Concerts begin at 7 p.m. and are held at the bandstand in the Palmerton Borough Park. This concert is sponsored by the Concourse Club. Bring a lawn chair.
