An ongoing parking dispute in the Schuylkill Township village of Tuscarora has led to one person facing charges.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred on Monday at 5:09 p.m. in the area of Locust Street. Troopers said a 19-year-old woman attempted to park her vehicle near her residence when Trista Groff, 25, exited her residence and stood in front of the victim's vehicle and placed a plastic chair in the way preventing the victim from parking her vehicle.As a result of her actions, troopers said, Groff will face a charge of harassment filed with District Judge David Plachko of Port Carbon.
