Palmerton Police Department reports the following incidents:

DUI: John Bachert, 64, of Palmerton, charged with two counts of DUI, careless driving, registration and certificate of title required, and vehicle violation, for an incident Feb. 15 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Devon Frey, 23, of Palmerton, charged with two counts of DUI, reckless driving, and careless driving, for an incident Feb. 26 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.Public drunkenness:Shirley Kuntz, 73, of Palmerton, charged with public drunkenness, for an incident March 20 in the 600 block of Lafayette Avenue.Disorderly conduct:Harry Johnson Jr, 71, of Palmerton, charged for an incident April 3 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.Harassment:Shawn Walser, 30, of Palmerton, charged with harassment and required financial responsibility, for an incident April 2 in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.Retail theft:Helenne Yankovitch, 37, of Palmerton, charged with retail theft, for an incident March 8 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Citations:Police also issued four citations each for speeding and vehicle violations, along with one count each for traffic violation and maximum gross weight.
