The two-day Cancer Telethon wrapped up at midnight Sunday by setting a record total of $220,589. That's nearly $5,000 more than last year's total of $215,949. Panther Valley Coach Pat Crampsie, businessman Mike Harleman and mother-daughter Mary and Danielle Popek were honored Sunday night as Courage Award winners. Cancer survivor Mary Ann Grant was honored Saturday. The telethon, featuring local performers, was held at Penn's Peak.
