State police at Schuylkill Haven reported investigating a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday in which one driver may have suffered a medical condition which caused him to leave the scene of the crash. The crash occurred at 1:20 p.m. along Cressona Road in North Manheim Township.

Troopers said Clair C. Connors, 84, of Pottsville, was driving a 2006 Hyundai Sonata southbound behind a 2009 Ford Focus driven by Cara C. Brennan, 43, of Cressona. The front of the Sonata struck the rear of the Focus. After impact Connors continued south without providing required information. Brennan was able to pull her vehicle into a nearby driveway.Troopers said Connors was later located in Schuylkill Haven. It was determined that Connors suffered a medical condition regarding the early onset of memory loss. No one was injured. No charges were filed.
