FRACKVILLE (AP) - The Bon-Ton Department Store in the Schuylkill Mall will be closing, according to John F. Boran, store manager.

No date was given for the closing.Boran said the store employs 36 people and all were informed of the impending closing on Thursday before the store opened.According to published reports, Bon-Ton Stores Inc., announced Tuesday it was planning to close four to six stores this year. Locations of the stores were not announced at the time.
