A 30-year-old man from Hamlin, who was found passed out behind the wheel of his running vehicle, will be arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, according to state police at the Lehighton barracks.
The incident happened at 5:23
a.m.Saturday along Blue Mountain Drive in Lower Towamensing Township.Police said the man's vehicle was blocking the lane of travel at the time. He was taken into custody and transported to the state police barracks for a breathalyzer test, the results of which revealed his blood alcohol content was over the legal limit.
