A Summit Hill man is in prison after he threatened a woman with a stolen gun.
Michael Iudicello, 36, of East Hazard Street, was taken into custody on Friday during a vehicle stop in Summit Hill. He had been wanted since Feb. 18.According to police, officers received a complaint on Feb. 18 from a woman stating she was threatened by Iudicello at the residence and that he had a gun.Police found that the gun was stolen, but Iudicello had already left the scene so an arrest warrant was issued.Iudicello has been charged with crime committed with a firearm, possession of a firearm with an altered serial number, person not to possess a firearm, receiving stolen property, terroristic threats and simple assault.He was arraigned before District Judge Casimir Kosciolek, who set bail at $25,000. He was unable to post and is currently incarcerated at the Carbon County Correctional Facility.
