Rush Township supervisors approved the following actions:

• Conditionally approved Versum Materials LLC preliminary/final land development plan. The plan calls for another building, loading dock and parking areas.• Adopted a resolution that allows the elected tax collector of the township and his/her successor in office to assess, collect and retain the sum of $15 for performing tax certification on each parcel requested, and the sum of $15 for each requested duplicate bill and/or document.• Granted the township fire police permission to assist with traffic control for Girardville's St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 25.• Thanked state Rep. Jerry Knowles for donating a new American flag to the township.- Terry Ahner
