HUNTINGDON, Pa. (AP) - A man accused of supplying the weapon that another man used to fatally shoot a Pennsylvania state trooper has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

Twenty-eight-year-old Bradley McMullen is jailed on theft and receiving stolen property charges for allegedly sealing the .32-caliber Beretta pistol from his father in November. Authorities say the Huntingdon man later traded it to Jason Robison for drugs.Robison is jailed on charges he fatally shot Trooper Landon Weaver when the 23-year-old trooper went to Robison's home to arrest him for defying a protective order. Weaver told Robison that his text exchanges with his son's mother violated a protection-from-abuse order issued in April.Police say Robison told the trooper he didn't want to go to jail before shooting Weaver Dec. 30.McMullen's attorney didn't return a call for comment Thursday.
