John DeCusatis, of Stroudsburg, served Stroud Township in Monroe County as planning administrator, commercial zoning and codes officer, and alternate sewage enforcement officer. In addition to code enforcement, he also worked in real estate with Legend Properties Inc. DeCusatis is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, where he earned a bachelor of science in environmental studies.Anthony Todoro, of Reading, brings 30 years of experience in conducting quality inspections. He holds 18 Uniform Construction Code certifications, as well as a Bachelor of Science in math from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York.
