The theft of two Stihl chain saws is being investigated in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred near the intersection of routes 183 and 443 in Wayne Township. A PennLine truck was parked in a dirt lot at that location when someone opened compartment doors on the truck and removed the chain saws. The theft occurred sometime between Dec. 22 and 27. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-739-1330.
