In Schuylkill County, two men were cited by Tamaqua Police after an argument in their apartment house.

Officers were called toMauch Chunk Street in Tamaqua, at 9:32 p.m. Nov. 14 for a fight. They spoke with Kevin Wolke, 56, who said he had been attacked by Jeremy Highland, 25. There was a visible bruise on the left side of his face.Highland, who was upstairs in a third-floor bedroom, was bleeding from his mouth. He said Wolke grabbed him by the throat and then punched him.Both men refused medical treatment.Highland was cited for harassment. Wolke was cited for simple assault and harassment.In Carbon County, a man was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.State police at Fern Ridge saida 32-year-old woman and Anatoli Kotow, 42, ofa Ginsberg Circle, Albrightsville, residence, were involved in a verbal argument. The argument continued with Kotow pulling the woman out the front door. She re-entered the home and Kotow then pushed her back out the front door.Troopers said Kotow fled the scene before their arrival. Charges have been filed.
