Schuylkill County court - ARD

Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin has admitted six people charged by local police into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. Entry into the program is not an admission of guilt, and their records may be expunged if they successfully complete the program.

All of the defendants were ordered to pay court costs and fees.Marie B. Donadi,26, of McAdoo: Charged by McAdoo police with two counts of driving under the influence, improper sunscreening, and not having rear lights on Dec. 20, 2015.Dolbin admitted her into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program. Dolbin also ordered Donadi to surrender her license for 30 days, complete the Alcohol Safe Driving School, and to perform 10 hours of community service.She was also fined $25 for disregarding traffic lanes.Patrick A. Griffiths,23, of Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with two counts of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, and careless driving on Dec. 12, 2015.Dolbin admitted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program. Dolbin also ordered Griffiths to surrender his license for 60 days, complete the Alcohol Safe Driving School, and to perform 10 hours of community service.He was also fined $25 for disregarding traffic lanes.Mandie Miletto,25, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person on Feb. 18.Dolbin admitted her into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Dolbin also ordered Miletto to perform 10 hours of community service.Ronald W. Pratt,44, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with simple assault on Feb. 18.Dolbin admitted him into ARD for 24 months, and ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Dolbin also ordered Pratt to perform 20 hours of community service.Christian F. Vargas,40, of Lansford: Charged by Tamaqua police with two counts of DUI, and disregarding traffic lanes on Jan. 9.Dolbin admitted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program. Dolbin also ordered Vargas to surrender his license for 60 days, complete the Alcohol Safe Driving School, and to perform 10 hours of community service.He was also fined $25 for disregarding traffic lanes.Edwin C. Guth,63, of Hazle Township: Charged by Kline Township police with passing bad checks on Feb. 7, 2015.Dolbin admitted him into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Dolbin also ordered Guth to pay $268 restitution to Wargo Coal & Oil, and to perform 10 hours of community service.
