Schuylkill Haven used a balanced rushing attack to pull away from Palmerton and claim a 42-7 victory in the District 11 Class 2A title game.

Kobe Brish and Danny Lozada led the way with two touchdowns apiece for the top seeded Hurricanes, while Mike Kalyan and Preston Gehring also punched it in on the ground.

Garrett Perschy hit Jordan Nelson for an 11-yard score to make 14-7 and give the Blue Bombers life midway through the third quarter.

But Schuylkill Haven scored the final 28 points of the game to seal the win.
