DUI: Seth David Gregory, no address listed, is facing charges of driving under the influence after a traffic stop. He was halted by state police at the Fogelsville barracks at 2 a.m. Oct. 14 at the intersection of Holben's and Run roads in Weisenberg Township.Criminal mischief: State police at Frackville are investigating a criminal mischief of vehicle and theft incident. Troopers said a 41-year-old Minersville man reported his 1998 Pontiac Grand Am had the driver's side window smashed out while parked at the rear ofa Valley Street, New Philadelphia, location. The suspect then jacked up the vehicle and removed the front passenger side wheel and fled the scene with the wheel. The incident was reported at 10:24 a.m. Monday.
