A free community meal will be served from 4-6 p.m. Thursday at St. John's Episcopal Church, 365 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton. The goal is to fill the cart with nonperishable food, paper products and personal care items by Nov. 20. Monetary gifts will also be appreciated.
