A Schuylkill County driver is facing charges in a one-vehicle crash in Lehigh County on Friday around 1:30 a.m.

State police at Fogelsville said Latiasha N. Able, 38, of Pottsville, was driving a 2003 Jeep Liberty eastbound on Interstate 78 in Upper Macungie Township and traveling too fast for conditions when the vehicle struck the right cement barrier causing the right rear tire to come off.Troopers said Able then left the scene without notifying police of the crash.She was cited for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed and other counts. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
