Pennsylvania State Police in Frackville have arrested Jordon Marie Stravinsky, 21, and charged her with a number of felonies, including kidnapping and attempting murder in the first degree.
Stravinsky was arraigned on Friday, at which time she was denied bail.The affidavit, filedFriday, charged Stravinsky as a co-defendant in the kidnapping, assault and attempted murder ofa Ringtown man. The complaint states that Stravinsky and co-conspirator Jonathan Ford abductedthe victim from his home around 10 p.m. Thursday.The victim was picked up on Ringtown Road about half an hour later, having been beaten and stripped naked.When interviewed by police, the victim stated that he had been forced at gunpoint into a vehicle driven by Ford and that Ford beat him repeatedly with his fist and with the barrel of a gun. He also stated that Stravinsky was in the vehicle and was encouraging Ford to be more violent. Ford then drove to a pond wherethe victim was forced to strip and enter the pond. Ford then fired a shot atthe man, at which time the victim ran from the scene.The victim suffered numerous fractures to his hands and fingers and a chip fracture to his skull as well as bruising on his back consistent with being struck by a gun barrel.
