State police at Lehighton are looking for a hit-and-run driver who was involved in a crash at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 1 along Little Gap Road, in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County.

Troopers said Tyler J. Santiago, 19, of Kunkletown, was driving a 2011 Kia Optima eastbound when a westbound vehicle crossed into his lane of travel and struck his car. The other driver continued westbound without stopping. Troopers said the hit-and-run vehicle is a black dump truck.
