MILFORD - Jurors from Chester County will hear the case against accused cop killer Eric Matthew Frein.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys agreed that jurors from outside Pike County should be impaneled for Frein's trial. A judge approved that request in an order last month.

An order filed in county court Thursday says the jurors will come from Chester County.

Frein is charged with murder, attempted murder and numerous other crimes related to the ambush of two state troopers outside the Blooming Grove barracks in September 2014.

His trial is scheduled for the March court term in Pike County. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
