James J. Bynon II, 45, of 315 Schuylkill Ave., Tamaqua, was cited by Tamaqua police after a domestic incident at his home on July 17.

Officers were dispatched to the home at 9:45 p.m. and met with the victim, who said she was arguing with Bynon about money that was missing.At one point she grabbed the keys to his vehicle because he had been drinking.Bynon tried to get the keys back by pushing her to the floor.He was cited for harassment.
