The male driver of a pickup escaped injury Wednesday afternoon in a crash along Route 309 in West Penn Township.

The crash occurred at 5 p.m. as he was traveling north descending the Blue Mountain near the Lizard Creek.

The truck drifted to the right, hitting the guard rails. The driver refused medical treatment at the scene. West Penn Township police are investigating the incident.
