Paula M. Zuan, 62, was cited for harassment by state police at the Lehighton barracks after an incident at 11:16 p.m. July 16on Pheasant Hill Drive in Towamensing Township.

Police said during a verbal altercation, Zuan grabbed a woman'sarm and then pusheda man.
